hot_water | Tahno Headcanons

Full Disclosure: I am making up everything I do with Tahno as I go along. This is just a collection of Milliways headcanons which may explain some of his behaviors.

Appearance
Tahno is 22, stands at 6'3'' and sports perfect hair. He saunters rather than walks, and prefers to be shirtless and soaking wet whenever he can. He has no visible scars.

History
Tahno was a swamp kid, though his parents moved to Republic City to seek their fortune when he was very young. His mother is a nonbender and a successful model, who moved to the swamp when she fell in love with his waterbending father. They stayed there for many years, until she decided she could no longer stand the swamp and went back to Republic City, taking her family with her. She went back to modeling, with Tahno's father as her photographer. Soon, they struck it rich.

Tahno is an only child.

Talents
Tahno is the best probender in the world--so he believes--and will never quit. Probending means fortune and fame and adrenaline rushes, as well as other perks.

He also has some specialized talents in the arts. He's a decent sketch artist, but a better watercolor painter, and can also sculpt. Tahno knows how to market himself, with a savvy business sense that enables him to sell his paintings to fund his lavish lifestyle.

To make even more money, Tahno models, using his mother's contacts. He used to do radio plays and book recordings. He plays the trombone. He does not speak any languages than the standard Avatar-verse for Republic City.

Miscellaneous
Tahno's favorite food is seaweed noodles with tomatoes and olive oil, which is why he likes hanging out at Narook's Noodlery.

His father probably does all the cooking.

Tahno's most treasured memory is painting with his mother when he was very young.
